Our Educational Program
Our daycare program nurtures the wholeness and wellness of each individual child and therefore we believe health and wellness comes with balance within the body, mind and spirit.
Our mission is to help nurture each child by focusing on the three areas which encompass the entire child.
They are physical well-being, mental well-being, and emotional/spiritual well-being.
Our centering thought is: I play. I create. I succeed.

Consciousness creates reality and we believe children are very aware and conscious of their internal and external worlds. We need to listen, nurture and encourage them to use their voices.

Our team is comprised of caring educators whose primary goal is the well-being of each child. Education and learning is important to us at L’Univers en Moi, however a child’s joy and self-confidence are primary goals for our administration and our staff. A happy, confident child will have an easier time learning and applying the knowledge they have learned. The foundation created by positive emotions and thoughts is essential.

Our Menu and Approach to Food
Our menu encompasses natural whole foods. We have very high health standards in which we believe children should primarily eat food full of vitamins and minerals in their natural state. As Hippocrates once said, “Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food.” We use food to balance and optimize the children’s health and encourage our parents to do the same at home. We would love to share our recipes as well as provide further information about whole foods to our parents who wish to learn more.
Our children will be taught to eat mindfully by using their five senses and by being aware of their appetite and what their bodies are telling them. Food, experiences and emotions affect how we digest foods. Digestion is a key factor in healthy living.
